Not medical advice
HushHum is not a medical, sleep-disorder, therapeutic, emergency, or child-development service.
Terms
Effective May 30, 2026. These terms describe use of HushHum, a bedtime audio app for families. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether HushHum is appropriate for their household, child, routine, device, and listening environment.
HushHum is not a medical, sleep-disorder, therapeutic, emergency, or child-development service.
Parents should supervise app use, set safe volume levels, and avoid headphones or routines that are not appropriate for the child.
If subscriptions are offered, Apple controls App Store billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and storefront pricing.
Parent and Review Summary
Parent Portal, Family Plan details, purchases, restores, policy links, and support are intended for parents and guardians, not children.
HushHum is intended to support calm bedtime audio routines, not to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any sleep, medical, developmental, or behavioral condition.
When paid access is offered, subscriptions and unlocks are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and managed through the user's App Store account.
HushHum does not require a separate account, username, password, child profile service, or account-creation fee for the launch app.
HushHum is licensed, not sold. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless a separate written agreement applies.
Free Forever content remains usable without purchase. Family Plan may unlock additional characters, stories, local parent tools, and routine packs. Apple controls App Store billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, storefront pricing, and subscription management.
Restore Purchases checks Apple In-App Purchase entitlements. If App Store products are unavailable, HushHum should remain usable with starter content, but paid content may not unlock until Apple product configuration and entitlement checks are available.
Do not misuse HushHum, attempt to bypass parent gates, reverse engineer app protections except where allowed by law, use the app for unlawful purposes, or submit support messages containing unnecessary private child information.
HushHum content should remain calm, age-appropriate, non-medical, and free of scary, violent, manipulative, or child-data-seeking prompts. Parents should preview the app and choose routines that fit their household.
Parents are responsible for device placement, safe volume levels, headphones or speaker choices, network settings, bedtime supervision, and deciding whether a screen or audio routine is appropriate for the child.
HushHum is provided as an audio bedtime aid and may not work perfectly for every family, device, child, routine, network condition, or sleep situation. It is not guaranteed to cause sleep or improve health outcomes.
Features, content, prices, and availability may change over time. Parents can contact support through the support page for app help, privacy questions, App Store review notes, or subscription questions.
