No child account
Children do not need usernames, profiles, email addresses, or public identity features.
Privacy Policy
Effective May 30, 2026. HushHum is operated by Florida Logic Studio LLC. The launch app is designed to work without child accounts, child voice recording, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, behavior profiles, or a developer-operated child data backend.
Children do not need usernames, profiles, email addresses, or public identity features.
HushHum does not record children speaking. Bedtime sessions are selected and played by the app.
No advertising identifiers, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party ad networks, or cross-app tracking are used in the launch posture.
Plain-language boundary
Short setup labels, routine defaults, check-ins, and calm-history signals are stored on the device rather than sent to a child profile service.
Children cannot send support messages from the bedtime path. If a parent contacts support, they should avoid including private child information unless truly needed.
Family Plan billing, refunds, renewal, and subscription management are handled by Apple through App Store purchase systems.
App Review Privacy Detail
Parent passcode setup state, selected bedtime mode, age range, sleep-tail duration, routine defaults, and short setup labels are used to make bedtime quicker on that device.
Nights started, completed sessions, streak, total audio minutes, last character, last path, last calm skill, and parent check-ins are local routine signals for the parent portal.
HushHum does not operate a cloud dashboard, child account database, child behavior feed, or server-side routine profile for the launch app.
If a parent emails support, Florida Logic Studio LLC uses the message and reply address only to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain support records.
| App data | The app may store local parent settings such as gate completion, last selected mode, child age range, short bedtime setup labels, routine defaults, parent check-ins, and sleep-tail duration on the device. |
|---|---|
| Routine signals | Parents may see local-only routine signals such as nights started, streak, total audio minutes, last session, and last calm skill. These stay on the device and can be reset. |
| Audio | Launch bedtime playback uses reviewed audio bundled with the app. Child use does not require live voice generation, recording, microphone access, or open-ended child prompts. |
| Analytics | The submitted launch posture does not include third-party analytics. HushHum does not send child bedtime behavior to analytics providers. |
| Advertising | The app does not include third-party advertising, ad networks, advertising identifiers, behavioral advertising, or child-directed ad measurement. |
| Purchases | If subscriptions or paid unlocks are offered, Apple handles App Store purchases, billing, refunds, tax, renewal, cancellation, and subscription management. |
| Parent gate | Prices, purchase controls, restore purchases, and policy links in the iOS app stay behind the parent passcode. |
| Support | If a parent contacts support, Florida Logic Studio LLC uses the provided message only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain support records, and operate support. Children cannot send support messages from the bedtime path. |
| Retention | Local app settings remain on the device until changed, reset, or removed by deleting the app. Parent support messages are kept only as long as needed for support, legal, security, or business record purposes. |
| Deletion | Parents can remove local app data by resetting app settings where available or deleting the app from the device. Parents can contact support for questions about support-message records. |
| Third parties | Apple may process App Store purchases, downloads, crash diagnostics, refunds, tax, and subscription management under Apple's own policies. HushHum does not sell child data or share child data for advertising. |
| Children | HushHum is directed to family bedtime use, but the design avoids collecting personal information from children. |
| Child safety | The launch app has no child chat, public profiles, child-facing external links, third-party ads, third-party analytics, microphone capture, camera access, location access, contacts access, photo library access, or open web browsing in the bedtime path. |
| Changes | If HushHum materially changes its data practices, this page should be updated before the changed practice is used in production. |
